SOLACE

I find solace in the funniest things.
In my garden in the spring.
Later when it blossoms and and creates yummy treats.
In cooking.
In planning dinner parties, shopping for them, and then creating them.
Setting the table with linens and dishes that are fun and support the attitude of the food.
In planning holidays, decorating the house.
Wrapping gifts, making them first.
In planning for visits from friends.
In spending time with people that I love.

I find solace in alone time.
Time that is spent exactly how I need it to be spent.
Time that is directed only by me.
Time that is MINE.

Solace can be social if that is what drives you.
Or it can be totally ALONE.
Solace can be LOUD and boisterous.
Or quiet and simple.

YOUR SOLACE is only yours.
