Using the Color PINK

It is funny the positive approval of the color pink in Abstract art.

It is only superseded by Red, as  pleasing color.

This statistic is not affected by race, gender, age, or education.

Pink is just a pleasing color.

The old adage that red in an interior breeds anger and chaos,

may be true in interior design, but it is NOT true in Art.

Pink has long been thought of as a female color.

But in the last fifteen years men have worn it in apparel,

and used it in apparel details.

Male designers use pink to establish a preppy image.

Preppies are typically not macho, but COOL, nontheless!!

Pink in patterned ties,

Socks,

and in patterned shirts is on the upswing in 2016.

This is an optimistic sign for the economy, stocks, and the election!!
