I found it constantly
all this last month.
It is November now
but October was a fabulous
month of inspiration for this ARTIST!
Watching the season change into
a temperate one,
watching flocks of birds fly overhead
going somewhere warmer.
Watching the hurricane
winds and waves
sweep in upon us.
Watching people change habits
because of all of the above
and never missing a beat.
October was glorious this year!!
I usually travel this time of year.
I usually go to my studio in
Bali and hunker down for the
holiday season
and wait for the deluge
of visitors from all
over the place
to that mystical place.
But not this year.
I have so much to do here
this year
with commissions and
series work that needs tweeking
that I believe I will entertain
the masses in the Low Country
among the moss covered
branches
and magnolia wreaths.
I will continue to find inspiration all around
me in this next month.
