It embodies the mood of the day.
The softness of tones against one another.
The layers of softer colors.
The gentle sweep of them on an inside out canvas.
Starting with a dark canvas is always an extreme challenge to the artist.
To work inside out, one must layer in drama.
Tones must not blend but stand on their own.
