Alot of my work comes from memories.
Things I have taken notes about.
Images immersed in emotion and feelings.
I take notes about places
and people
and then later paint them.
I think this is a normal process.
It leads to writing
blogging
painting
and creating.
I believe in the ability for the soul
to sort things out.
I believe in the strength of feeling
something
and then remembering it
and recording it somehow.
Recording it is a personal thing.
Not everyone experiences Istanbul the way I do.
Or London.
Or Dubrovnik.
Not everyone FEELS LA
like I do.
We all have our own reactions and impressions of places
and their people.
It is important that you record it as you see fit.
It is important to respond to the whole experience
with your own authentic self.
And explore it with the tools that you have to do just that.
