To establish oneself
in this world of ART
is an interesting process.
Notoriety is a fleeting
thing.
The world moves by
and you move in
your orbit
and sometimes
just sometimes
they intersect.
And often they do not.
I learned a long time ago
that the reason an ARTIST
works so diligently
is not for the fame
or fortune.
But for the personal satisfaction
of creating the ART that
goes to the depth of
their being.
All of those on the FB
site
who truly believe that
fame
and fortune
will do it all
for them.

I wish instead
for an inner peace
and sense of
longing being pushed aside for
one day
or so
and the blossoming
that we all
want to feel
deep inside
