It is finally cooler.
A huge relief for this runner / walker
painter person.
I have missed this in my morning ritual.
So after two days of running 3 miles
I am ready to expand my workout
into my fall / winter program.
The sweaty days of summer
are maybe possibly over.
Such a great healthy
part of my routine.
As I double my workout
and clear my head of summer
doldrum cobwebs
my painting becomes more dramatic.
Color rings true.
And my images are stronger.
Just love this time of year!!
