We all tend to work
through the holidays.
When it comes to Thanksgiving
and all of the hustle and bustle
and then the turkey coma
it is more important to
keep your focus
and paint.
I tend to get up early
the day after the holiday
and get to it.
I built canvases
today
and wrapped canvas.
It was a great way to start a day
(after a good four mile run
and my usual Kefir and Flax Flour)
Back to the routine of
life
and creation
of the work
that drives me.
It is all a circle of
life
here.
Watch the ocean
crest and fall.
Watch the stars come out
and watch the moon
command he sky.
It all works.
And my work comes first.
