Time to PAINT!!

So when your muse is kinda absent and you struggle to pick up that brush.

The one thing you must do it to start.

I have a blank canvas before me.

One that begs for olive green and magenta.

Splashing and stroking color on color

and then scraping it off and digging into what has been transformed under it all.

Scratching, and digging through layers to see if the canvas

has stained.  To see if the colors swirl for me this time.

See if the blending is less and the layers are more.

Seeing if the scrapping leaves an undercurrent of combinations that tease the eyes.

I want to let it all evolve and see if I can guide it just a bit. 

Just enough to create something wonderful for others.

To create something that is new to me.

Something that speaks to other people in a voice that is new and fresh.

And if my muse can find me.

Under the paperwork.

Over the stress of the end of a long day of travel, art installations, and 

pleasing everyone.

Then maybe this creation will speak of how it feels to just search for it amidst it all.

And find shreds of color, light and image.

And find more of a Soul Portal, not a Soul Climb.

And find an Embrace, or a Fly, not a Soul Interval this time.

Or maybe even something never heard  of before!!
